I discovered that I had to add a mobile phone type before I got a result - my mobile was not in the list so I just picked one at random. Thanks.

The coverage checker uses a device lookup to give you service predictions based on which technologies the chosen phone supports.

The majority of the time, results will be the same - but there are occasions when 4G800, for example, can make a difference.
