No reception due to fire in 4G mast

I have had no 4G reception for the last 3-4 weeks due to a fire in the 4G masts circuit board box. This I was told and messaged about by EE. There has been no date given when the issue will be sorted. I would like some reduction and compensation for the inconvenience this is causing me.

There was a spate of arson attacks on radio sites a couple of years ago.

Operators don't intentionally delay any restoration, but timescales depend on the extent of damage caused.
