&lt;P&gt;What was the reason for the replacement SIM? If it was lost or stolen, the old SIM would be disconnected when the new one was ordered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It could be that the wrong SIM was disconnected when you called. Please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with Customer Care&lt;/A&gt; so a member of the team can look into this for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No EE signal- emergency calls only</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My ee network has been down for more than 24 hours. I have reset the phone and the SIM but still same issue. There is no network problem in my area. I called EE on Monday night to obtain a replacement SIM for my secondary account and since my network is down. Is there something EE can do their end by mistake to stop my SIM from working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
