Lease agreement H&S concern

We have a lease agreement between ourselves and EE in relation to a rooftop aerial site and equipment room on our building known as x-xx xxx xxxx xxxx, xxxxxxx, xxx xxx. Some of the engineers are causing h&s concerns to our residents when they visit.

I’ve tried to speak to EE and they put me through to BT. When I speak to them, they want me to call Openreach customer services. I’m sure I’ll get nowhere. Do you have any ideas who I can speak to who might manage the engineers?

All network sites have a H&S/legal notice on the public access route, with a contact number specifically for this sort of scenario.

Any public member can access this notice perfectly safely.
