Streaming video for drone to mobile coverage.

Am I allowed to make video streaming for use with my drone to mobile so I can see the image on screen rather than watch the drone.

@AlwaysDave Does your drone have video capabilities where you can watch on your phone? If it does then it just links to your phone you don’t need a Sim card in it. But this depends on what drone you have.
