      <description>&lt;P&gt;The price you pay has no bearing on the service level, but is this a recent issue?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would assume the site providing 4G coverage to that area is off-service, but the 3G equipment on the same site is unaffected by whatever issue is present.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
