Worst and slowest network in the UK. EE is a joke… don’t be fooled by the false advertising they are not the fastest and they do not have the biggest coverage.

im sat here next to my wife who is on 3 network, she can use the internet and even tether her MacBook watch vids etc etc… My iphone 13 using EE and showing 4G can not do anything. Facebook doesn’t load, google search will not load, emails will not load… EE is crap.

How long have you had this problem for? Does it seem to be in that one location that you have the problem?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Is your phone showing the VoLTE/4G-calling symbol? It certainly sounds like a localised issue.

If you are fooled by the false advertising as I was and take out an EE contract you will find you are paying the most expensive monthly fee for the slowest network in the UK…before being conned I was on Vodaphone, then Three network both of which far out perform EE for coverage and speed. I have attached photos of what your Facebook will look like using EE 4G.

@Gibson175 EE can claim that because it was awarded to them. They don’t just make this up themselves as that could be considered as false advertising as any network could make that claim.

perhaps you might want to read THIS or you could do your own Google search on this.

and i’m the fastest runner in the world…
look at the photos this is what EE’4G looks like… i’m in Knaresbrough at the moment and the EE coverage tells me i should have 5G… bye i have 4G and it’s slow. my wife is with me using Three network and it totally outperforms EE and it’s more than half the price.
as for 5G it’s very very rarely i see it…

Do you have 5G coverage in other areas?

If you enter the postcode on the coverage checker, and select 'check status' you will have the option to report the problem you are having and register for updates on the area.

Our network team will send an update when they have more information.

It’s the same whatever location I’m in…I travel a lot throughout the UK, the speeds are slow wherever I go…very very rarely seen 5G.

Not sure what voLTE/4G is - it usually shows 2 or 3 bars and the 4G…

Facebook is unusable as is any page that has video…it will not play just the loading circle…at best it will play the first few seconds of a video then stops…this is with vid settings on the lowest quality.

Iv just come back from Knaresborough which showed 5G coverage, how ever my iPhone 13 showed 4G and the EE internet service was very very slow, Facebook unusable…
