No signal or 4g

Hi,

I'm in Rothbury, Northumberland (xxxx xxx) and have no signal or 4g, it comes up with not registered on network. After looking online there doesnt appear to be any issues in the area. Im unable to contact EE by phone and chat isnt available at this time. Can anyone recommend what i can do to hopefully resolve the issue?

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your phone? This will force it to search for the network again.

Hi,

Yes, I tried numerous time without any luck. My sister managed to get in touch with them and supposedly they are doing work in the area although there's nothing online to suggest that this was the case.

If you pop in the postcode and hit 'check status' on the coverage checker, it should let you register for updates if an issue is listed.
