Calling my Voicemail I get "HD" calling icon, EE to EE; HD calling. EE to Vodaphone; HD calling. (Devices using various Pixel series to test.)

No "HD" icon displaying when calling either "150" or "360". Is there HD calling for these numbers?

Calling 150 in various locations, the call quality for the on hold music is terrible, sounds like a scratchy compact disc spinning on a compact disc player that's connected to an audio lead to a computer somewhere. 💿

The call quality to 360 sounds better than 150.

@Leanne_T - Thanks for the suggestion. I have dialled the complete number 07953966150, there doesn't seem to be a difference, no "HD icon" listed against the call itself, (I have always used 150, saved, and used as a contact rather than the full mobile number of 150).

The handset is in the Google Pixel series, bought from a high street retailer, unlocked.

I am a PAYG customer, with a legacy pack, the sim card itself is 5+ years old. (I can't see any physical damage to the card)

Generally, everything works, 4g data, WiFi calling, HD icon listed when dialling voicemail and to other various mobile networks + handsets. Just a bit of a let down that when calling 150, the call quality isn't as good as say when you call voicemail.
