I’ve had unusable service since mid November, just wondering how long it normally takes to fix a mast?

Ee customer service say it’s been ongoing since June last year with 2 of the masts that are close to me having major issues, I’ve been with them over 25 years with very few problems if any. The postcode is

If you enter you postcode into the Network Status Checker it should show the latest information for any issues in your area. You can also register for text updates so we can keep you informed.
