      <description>&lt;P&gt;All fault fixes are expedited ASAP, but resolution estimates are just that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Using the status checker options are the easiest way to get updates - you could otherwise call CS and speak to a tech agent who may be able to give you further details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
