If multiple users are having similar issues, that's certainly good evidence of a network issue - have they all been reporting this to CS? Are EE mobiles similarly affected, the network signal is the same for both?

I have been experiencing exactly the same problem — shameful internet speed with long moments of no internet at all. EE Coverage and Network says it is all good in my area, but speaking to my neighbours I found out that everyone is facing the same issue so I think it is fair to assume there is a problem. I have tried reporting the issue using the form a few times but I am getting an error as feedback “something went wrong” (whatever this means). Any help?
