If you are having coverage problems in multiple locations, there may be a fault with your phone - comparing with another EE user is the only way to be certain. Does your phone display "VoLTE" and have coverage indicators when you have problems?

The coverage checker does have two options - "check coverage" is what I suspect you've used, whereas "check status" has an option for fault reporting and updates.

Hi. HELP NEEDED!!!

working in a office with 6 other people. I’m the only one on EE. and I’m the only one with mobile internet signal problems.
they can all use there mobile internet without problems.
this is very frustrating!! Can anyone shed any light onto anything that can be done with the phone to help rectify.
I’ve done a signal checker for the postcode and I should be getting good signal inside and out. Ha!!! I have noticed recently that the signal even drops at home. Could be time to move!!
thanks in advance.
