      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1531587"&gt;@Mrsboo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Have you tried a network reset on the device? &amp;nbsp;You’ll find this within Settings&amp;gt;General&amp;gt;Transfer &amp;amp; Reset&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Reset Network Settings. &amp;nbsp; The device will reboot and any Wi-Fi passwords will need to be put back on the device after this. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; This is a network connection reset not just Wi-Fi reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it only mobile data that's being a problem? You've not mentioned issues with voice calls.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are these problems occuring in specific locations?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
