Was this a brand new connection to EE, or an upgrade from a previous device?

Does your phone have an option to alter the network modes and test in 4G or with 5G disabled?

I have had poor service from day one, says I have 5G but it's ridiculously slow (4Mb/s) then I've been told to use WiFi... How do I do that when I'm out working. My phonecalls drop in and out. I've phone up multiple times the first time, I was told there was a problem in my area and that they had just discovered it, and I was to give it two weeks, nothing changed, I have reported my problem multiple times to which the reply is always there is nothing wrong in my area. I asked to cancel my subscription but I was told I couldn't. I've tried the SIM card in multiple phones and no difference.

Shocking service, I can only use my phone when I'm at home or on the odd occasion outside.
