I'm having some issues with the ee network recently.

I'm using OnePlus 9 pro. This device suppo 5g. And my area have 5g coverage. But I'm getting buffering while watching video's on Facebook or YouTube. And I can't access dell websites and some other websites including the ee website as well, with ee network. But when I try them with my wi-fi, everything work just fine.

So I'm not sure what's wrong here.

Do we have any problems reported for the area on the Coverage and Network Status Checker, if you select 'Check Network'?

If nothing is showing, you can report this and the network team will get the area looked into and keep you updated.

Do you have similar issues on 3G or 4G?
