    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are friends or relatives who also use EE affected by this? A network issue would affect all users indiscriminately.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The network checker as mentioned, allows reporting of problems not reported and also registering for updates on known issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
