Cell tower maintenance

How long are you carrying out maintenance on the cell tower at Aviation Hse TW6 3AE? Working near there, had no data and no phone signal since 11.30 Wednesday!

Not impressed!

Out in the middle of Suffolk you might expect it.

But at LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT!!!

You can check for known issues on EE's mobile network using "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/network/ee

You can register for updates on known issues, and also report suspected new ones.

They quote "No known Issues" even though I know 2 people have reported it!

As above It's been reported twice already.

And your checker says "no known issues".

Of course it's known!

I can see them working on it from my house!

My question was how long is it going to take?

Have you also reported this and signed up for updates?

Once the network team have investigated the area and an issue is found the status checker will update.
