    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had no mobile signal in Portree for 5 weeks. Keep getting updates every two weeks stating can’t get access to mast then need a specialist team to climb mast. Completely unacceptable service from a company that advertises how good they are.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately some site faults turn out to be more complex than initially thought, and may involve needing additional permissions and/or a tower-climb.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These issues affect all network operators.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
