    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Leanne i used skype on my laptop and spoke to EE technical guy for 35 mins and our signal is back on now i did put our post code in and it said engineers onsite but i had not been told about this - our mobile signal been off since early this morning and came back while i was chatting to the tech guy - hopefully after speaking to EE i asked them to drop an email if planned maintenance will effect our signal... this is 2nd time last maintenance was 27/1 and today 31/1 - just hope it all been sorted now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;new to EE and its not gone great - i have an iphone 13mini for info hubby iphone12 - previously we had BT broadband and sim package - switched to EE sim and kept BT broadband (had 1/2 price offer for 6 months after speaking to person at BT) but the BT sim deal changed to EE sim - new sim cards arrived and had lots of issues - last week i lost signal called tech help off hubbys mobile which had a signal - thought it was sorted but today both mobiles have no signal for texts calls we have wifi but obviously i want to speak to EE but cant call as no signals - any help appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
