@Chrbla44 EE might not be doing planed maintance on the local mast it could be faulty. Have a look at THIS and put your postcode on it with the device you use then click the check status tab

The vast majority of coverage outages are local issues - national faults tend to gain national attention.

You can register upto 5 locations on the "My places," feature of the status checker to get proactive updates.
