      <description>&lt;P&gt;The vast majority of coverage outages are local issues - national faults tend to gain national attention.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can register upto 5 locations on the "My places," feature of the status checker to get proactive updates.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
