      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning!&amp;nbsp; I strangely have no signal this morning but others in my office on EE do?&amp;nbsp; I can't activate wifi calling either so can't phone EE to see what the issue is?&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this?&amp;nbsp; I have had a look and there doesn't appear to be a chat function on the EE website for me to use?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah I did restart and there is reception in the area, turns out EE deactivated my sim for some reason?! Sorted now thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wifi calling is not working either, and I don’t have another SIM to try but it turns out that EE had deactivated my SIM in error - they are sending out a new message &amp;nbsp;one&lt;/P&gt;</description>
