Unable to Dial Out

I recently upgraded my phone but the new phone I have gone for is out of stock. I received about 5 messages yesterday all just general info about my upgrade. Since then I have been unable to place or receive calls on my current handset. It wont even let me call the 150 or 360 number from my handset. Any ideas as to what this may be? I can still receive text messages but if someone tries to call me, it says the number is no longer active/in use.

Thanks

Are you able to receive calls?

What is the full error message you get if you try to make a call?

Do you still have a signal on the phone, and do you receive texts without WiFi?
