Is this signal-drop happening whilst you're travelling, and these could be poor coverage areas?

Do other EE users have issues in the same location?

I'm unclear what the myEE app has to do with this, beyond making you aware of your coverage.

No it happens at work at home in town ,I have been with Ee for ever and this is happening all the time.I have only noticed due to the App Alert that's why I mentioned the app. This is nothing to do with poor coverage areas as I have lived and worked in the same place for ever.Dont know anyone else on EE ,most left and joined other networks ,I just don't understand how this has just started happening??

Hi @Marshyman13

Thanks for coming here.

Are you able to try your SIM card in another phone, to see if the same happens?

This would help us to understand if this is a phone or SIM issue that would need looked into further for you.

Thanks.

Leanne.
