Yes I was aware that your reply was to check EE service, I was merely agreeing with the original poster that I am having issues with Sky too, so with EE 4G only being on one bar and sky internet dropping out all of the time I am not able to do much. So when sky broadband drops as it has done for the past few days my internet automatically goes to 4G which is also not very good.

I’m getting really bad coverage on both phone reception and 4g lately, my partner with ee is having the same issue, literally cannot talk to anyone on the phone because the call drops out, and I can’t use my data to use FaceTime 😩I’m having trouble with my sky broadband at home too and need to call them but can’t because of my service issue 😂

I’m having the exact same problems, with Sky too, it’s been like it for a few days. According to the coverage checker I should have great coverage indoor and out, but I don’t.

You need to check sky mobile network status here:

https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/mobile

Your are on EE now and the link in my first post is for EE service.

Thanks
