&lt;P&gt;Does another known working SIM have the same issue when used in your phone?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had exactly the same issue since October,&amp;nbsp; I upgraded my phone and ever since poor calls, and just ending even when it's saying I have 3 or 4 bars on my phone and with 5g, been told by tech its my sim, I've put my sim in another phone and have no problems, I've constantly told EE it's an issue with my phone(software)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will soon be cancelling my contract with ee if it doesn't get resolved hope you have now had your problem sorted as I'm still battling on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
