Good morning Katie_B.

I am having the same issue, with either no signal or at best very VERY limited. I have mentioned this to EE in the past and received a message from EE acknowledging that there was a problem (Autumn 2022). Just before Christmas, I received an second message (eMail) that the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, it isn't and looking at the cell that supposedly covers Westcott, Surrey (cell #7368704) the coverage and signal strength hasn't changed. The cell tower is badly sighted topographically for Westcott (RH4 3QE) as there is a hill between the cell tower and the village...

I am committed to BT for the foreseeable future, so am reliant on EE for mobile coverage and without the Halo2 system, the service inside my property is not fit for purpose.

Can you enlighten me to what can be done to resolve this. Best regards, RickS

The ultimate resolution to poor coverage is installing new network sites, but this is often a lengthy process due to various factors.

WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for poor indoor coverage and allows seamless service.

Are you saying this problem has only started since summer 2022?
