    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are both yourself and the people you live with, all on either pay-monthly or PAYG? There can be some differences between the two in some scenarios.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If multiple EE users are getting different levels of service, there may be a fault. Try a SIM-swap with one of your housemates - so your SIM in one of their phones, and one of their SIMs in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See if the problem follows the swap or remains with the phone, to identify where the fault lies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The place where I live I get 1/2 bars of service. Yet people who live with get 4 bars and are with EE why is this? Im literally paying for a service that doesn’t hardly work. Disgusting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
