How do i find out if the network is down in my area for a data only sim. Cant get in contact with a real person. Who can i ring?

You can check for network issues using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

Mine is down too. Terrible service all they do is say use network check status but that doesnt help at all.

The vast majority of "my network is down" issues are caused by local network issues, for which the network check tool is ideal.

Any national or widespread outages tend to cause vastly increased forum traffic - which is not the case here.

It says there are no issues in my area. I put my sim in to call 150 but theres no service so it obviously doesnt connect. I cant use the customer care from another mobile either because i dont know my EE phone number
