What happens when someone tries to call or text you?

Pay as you go and it happen in all area. No any notification when someone call and text me.

Does the sender receive any form of error message @Roshan11?

Have you been able to try your SIM in another device to see if the issue continues?

No any error message to sender and also try my sim with another device but still same issue. When i send message to other i only got message send failure notification and not delivered

I would recommend trying a replacement SIM.

Do you live near a local EE Store?

Alternatively, if you give us a call our technical care team will run a full diagnostics for you.

You can call 150 from any EE phone or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone.
