I've reported a couple of issues via the same tool recently, have you tried using an alternative web browser and/or a private browsing window?

yes done that .but still no signal.used to be as near as 100% up until nov , now nothing and thats on three different types of phone. again as of 1st jan still no signal.even though map states signal in area should be good, i beg to differ. Also other people in our area and even upto 3 miles away are still having the same issue. so somethings not right.

The coverage tool has 2 functions - "check coverage" for a service prediction, and "check status" for a faults & issues lookup. The latter includes an option to register for updates and also "report a problem".

It sounds like you've used "check coverage" and not "check status"

yes im aware of that ,but the check status and report a fault area has constant failure notices when trying to post. so very helpful indeed.. not.
