My husband has been trying to sort this issue with depak for the past hour. I have been asked to make contact. We both have phones with EE. We have no signal in our house and we were assured we would have “good” signal. I am aware tjere is an ongoing issue today. However we have had no signal for some time. We cannot call or text and have been resorting to using what’s app calling.

If you have access to WiFi, you can use EE's WiFi-calling service which will allow you to make & receive calls & texts as normal (without needing to use apps) without any need for mobile coverage.

Using the "check status" option on the coverage checker is the best way to search for known faults & issues. When you say you've not had coverage for "some time" - can you quantify how long for?
