Yes, but I can not see how many data I have and used and also for my billing as I have contract with EE

Ah, the easiest way to do that is click on MyEE at the top of the website. and it should take you to your account page

you can also check it via the MyEE app on your iPhone, sign in using the same details you use here on the EE Community, as that is your EE account

Have you added your contract's mobile no. to your MyEE a/c?
