Hi,

I can receive phone calls but cannot make any phone calls? Not even 150 to report. Any known issues?

Today 19 December 2022, I can’t make calls. Keeps going straight to “call ended.”Is EE having outages?

Hi, I'm confused. I'm unable to make a call... keeps saying call ended. I've been asked to start a new plan but I haven't requested a new plan. Can you please help me.

Mine is doing this too! Internet is working though and I have 4 bars of signal and 4G!

It's very strange, nothing issued by EE? I can receive like you but can't ring out at all??

When I try to call out the phone just goes dead. I'm up to date with payments. I've had my Pixel 6 just a couple of months. pay monthly contract. thank you

This morning i'm unable to make calls. I'm pay monthly. Bills paid up to date. No caps. Full signal. My daughter has an ee phone on her dads account, she can make calls so its just me, rather than a wider ee problem.

Switched Wifi off, rebooted phone etc - nada!

EE chat unavailable. Cant ring 150.

Anyone have a clue what it could be please?

I’m having exactly the same problem this morning. Wondering if it’s a network fault?
