      <description>&lt;P&gt;How about this from the uk no1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new visual contact method&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you call from a mobile that works to tell them about a mobile that’s not working they tell you the mobile you are on is fine ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no option to tell them you are calling about another number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then to make it worse they send a text asking you to text them back if you can’t text&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wow&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;amazing design for a smart piece of software&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;congrats&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
