Phone calls and internet not working

My phone calls and internet haven't been connecting for the last few hours. Bill has been paid and when I call 150 it says I am unable to make phone calls at the moment. Need help.

My account us still suspended since I paid this morning. When I try to call out it says I currently can't make calls on my phone.
