Hi could somebody please help me with my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, on a pay monthly plan and today all of a sudden I'm getting an emergency calls only heading on the top of my screen. It's showing between 0 and 2 bars but not showing 3G/4G or 5G. When I try to call it says "not registered on network" I've tried resetting, network resetting, airplane mode on and off and none of these have worked. I've taken my SIM out and put it in my partners phone and can call out fine but with her SIM in mine it has the same issues so believe it may be the device itself. Can anybody suggest a way to help please

If a 2way SIM-swap has proven the fault to be with your phone, then I would suggest backing up all your data and trying a factory reset incase this is a software issue.

If that fails to resolve, then the fault is likely hardware related and so the EE repair service is probably the next step - https://ee.co.uk/local-repairs
