WiFi calling- other person can't hear me but I can hear them

I've been with EE for a while, using WiFi calling without issue at home. Today, whilst making calls through WiFi calling, I am able to hear the other callers but they cannot hear me. I do not have sufficient signal in my home to make a call without WiFi calling but when I leave home and use the mobile network, there is no problem with audio in either direction. I've restarted my phone, and tried using various headsets and speakerphone but this hasn't helped. I have an iPhone 13 Prox Max with 5G contract. Does anyone have any experience with this problem?

Does this affect all calls to and from all numbers, or only particular other networks?
