NO SIGNAL

All of a sudden at 11pm (16/11/22) my signal went (4g - iPhone 11 Pro) and my sat nav stopped working. Now I have no bars, no signal/service and can barely use my phone. I can’t even make a call or anything! I have switched it off and on, turned of mobile data and then on again, but nothing seems to work!

Finally got home and have connected to my wifi, so I am able to post this…

The signal checker says it should be fine, and there’s no problems in my area, which is incorrect!!! It’s now been 2.5hrs and I’m so angry? This is one of many issues I’m facing with EE over the last few months.

does anyone know why this is or what I can do to fix it…?

thank you in advance…

If your phone shows no signal bars, then unless you're able to use WiFi-calling, that will prevent it working.

You mention trying the coverage checker and it reporting no problems - I would recommend using the "report a problem" link on the same page to send details for further checks. It may be that a fault has been reported recently and isn't yet listed.
