    <description>&lt;P&gt;It says there is no issue. But I called the EE shop in town and therr are issues all over EE with no network detected. There are issues all over apparently.&amp;nbsp; This doesn't help me on the short time does t. It. So I will be paying a&amp;nbsp; from never having used it . No sorry no acknowledgement at all. Very bad customer service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sounds very much like well-intentioned hearsay, also people tend not to call EE shops to report their phones are working well - so they will only hear negative reports.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The status checker you've used has an option to "report a problem" after you've run a status check. Have you used this? That will send a report to EE network teams who are best placed to deal with fault reports.&lt;/P&gt;
