Mobile Data NOT working!!!

My mobile data hasn’t been working properly for a few weeks…

I’ve tried all the reset ways that EE give.. My mobile data won’t allow me to load the internet, send pictures on whatsaap or even call on whatsaap or any other social media.

I feel like I’m going in circles and I pay a lot a month for my phone AND my ipad for my data not to work….. 😕

@megss24 Have you used THIS and clicked the check status tab ? Have you then used the report an issue on that same page ?

Do websites other than social media ones work? This could be your content lock setting if so.
