Hello, who can help me? In iPhone 13 today I activated sim in esim. After in the settings, I accidentally removed the physical sim, and the esim was automatically removed as well. I tried to activate esim again, but since the physical sim is out of service, I cannot receive the pin code via sms to activate the sim. How to reactivate the physical sim card? Thanks

Welcome to the community.

You will need a replacement SIM card either ordered over the phone or you can pick one up in your nearest store.

Hello. I went to the EE store and they replaced my sim card. OK. But I have another question, how do I get the QR code for switching to esim? And the code is valid forever, so can I always activate esim? Thanks

You can get an eSIM code in your My EE Account, calling 150, or going to your local EE Store.

Yes, still. Yesterday evening I activated esim through the pin code received by sms, after removing the physical sim card from the phone and at the moment I am using esim.

Yes, I came home from work and found the envelope from EE, with the esim's QR code. Now the last question so that I don't make any more mistakes, as I mentioned in the previous messages, esim already works on my phone, do I still need to do some manipulations? do I need to register the QR code somewhere? or leave it for other moments when I need it.......? Sorry, I thought you said the store had registered a physical SIM card for you, not an eSIM.

Do you have both a physical SIM and an eSIM registered?

You can keep the QR code for when you need it, it doesn't need to be registered straight away.

in the store they replaced my physical sim, in the evening coming home in the MY EE application I activated esim, then I removed the physical sim from the phone and replaced it with another physical sim from another operator. But a few days ago I already requested the esim QR code and of course I received it. Now I want to know, in the future I can use the QR code to activate esim, is it multi-use? because anything can happen with the phone, digital errors etc.....

The QR code from a store is single use.

You can however get a replacement in the My EE App if you need one.

Thank you for the answers. Ok, but what do I do in case, if something happens with the device or something careless happens and I suspect that the eSim registration is lost. Do you think it is possible to replace the eSim in My EE? how do I receive sms with the eSim replacement pin, if the physical SIM is already deactivated?

Yes, you can replace it in My EE, @vitiok70.

You'd be able to do this in the app, you'd need to log in using your details on a new phone if something were to happen with your current one.
