      <description>&lt;P&gt;If one EE phone is working and another isn't, in the same location, I'd suggest a 2way SIM-swap.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Put the working SIM in the non-working phone, and the non-working SIM in the working phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See if the problem follows the SIM or remains with the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
