Is anyone else experiencing lack of signal in the TW20 area? The coverage checker says indoor and outdoor signal on 4G should be good. Has there been a change as I have gone from good signal to no signal over the past week.

It sounds like you've used the "check coverage" tab on the status website. Try using "check status" instead - this also has fault reporting functionality.

the tw2 area and signal is dreadful! I have reported, reported, reported and they will not even look into it. The coverage checker says the service on 4g should be exelent indoors and out, and i'm only geting 1 or 2 bars and speeds are like they are on dialup! There are no known problems in the area.

Did you speak with our technical care team or has this been reported on the coverage checker?

ave spoken to the top level tech team and reported it on the checker. Top level tech have looked into it and they said it's the line of sight of the mast that I have here, apparently there's lots of obstructions in the way so the mast isn't getting the best signal here. they don't know if/when 5g will be added or if/when a nearer mast will be built, so basically, I have been told there is nothing they can do here.
