    <description>&lt;P&gt;is this a recent problem? It sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option on the checker rather than "check status" which also allows fault reporting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are other EE users affected in the same location? The signal bars are only a rough indicator of service, but there shouldn't be a problem with "only 1 bar" - it's all I have and my phone is working perfectly on that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a problem indoors only? You could use WiFi-calling if so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Poor mobile signal &amp; reception</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone in the WS12 area having issues with poor mobile signal and reception?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the EE coverage checker we are supposed to have good 4G coverage outside and inside, yet rarely have more than 1 bar which means texts wont go, making calls is really poor to none existent at times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have contacted EE and they say there aren't any issues, yet we simply cannot use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seriously considering cancelling our contract and moving elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else experiencing the same issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phill&lt;/P&gt;</description>
