&lt;P&gt;It looks like you took out an additional line with a new phone rather than upgrade, although that does not make sense why your old SIM card is not working either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest ringing customer service tomorrow morning and they should be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just upgraded my phone and received the Samsung golf, I took my sim out my old phone but it won't connect to the network, I put it back in my old phone and It won't work on that either now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also when the sim is in my new phone the number has changed, but its the same sim so how is it a different number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
