Have you tried restarting your device?

Are there any maintenance works when you check your status on the coverage checker?

Hi,
I could not phone 150 or 360 from my device, My bill was overdue and I rang
a help number from within the EE App, I couldn't top up online. It is now
sorted and I have 4g access.
