Welcome to the community.

This sounds like a frustrating problem. I can only suggest pursuing this with the technical support team. Unless there is another user who has managed to fix a similar problem themselves comes along.

Hi all

I purchased the 5GEE outdoor router and antenna about 6 weeks ago. Despite the website showing 5G in my area, I could only get 3 bars of 4G. I called CS and they said 5G isn’t available even though it shows on website! However, I was getting 120Mb+ through 4G so it was brilliant compared to my BT home broadband of just 20Mb!

This was working perfectly for about 5 weeks so at this point I would happily have recommended this setup.

My problem now is the router and antenna are no longer connected. Router shows message “The outdoor unit cannot be
detected.
Please check that the outdoor unit
and the indoor unit are connected to
the PoE injector, and the PoE
injector is powered on.”

Everything is connected as before and all lights are on as expected except for a red light on the router, presumably to show no signal.

After several calls and messages, I’m being told it has to be sent away for repair as there is no stock for replacements. However, it seems I could setup a brand new contract and receive a new one next day!!

Like I said, it seems a fantastic piece of kit when it’s working but can anyone offer any advice on how to resolve this? It’s for my business so can’t really afford to be without it while it’s being repaired!

Thanks
