We have not been able to make or receive calls ,and there hasn't been any Internet for 2 weeks,we have been told it won't be fixed until November 10th,it's appalling service,my brothers disabled so we need the phone to work. We have been given a credit note for this month's payment, but that doesn't help the situation. I will change suppliers, think this is the best option. So mutch for e.e and their great coverage. RUBBISH!!!

Is this a loss of coverage, or a problem using your phone when you have signal indicators displayed?

The advice to check the online status tool is the best first-step.
