Terrible service in xxxx xxx

Over the last months the mobile service in xxxx xxx has been getting worse and is now awful:

Calls drop

Cannot ring out

Cannot even text !

I have to keep moving around the house to get a signal. Now the phone doesn't work in my office !

According to the coverage and status checker there is no problem but the neighbours say differently. Why can't ee be honest?

Can I get out of my contract?

Have you used the "report a problem" link on the status checker? I would ask the same question of any affected user.

WiFi-calling is a good solution for any indoor coverage issues.
